Director of Outsource to Us, Jane is an expert in communications, brand development, integrated marketing and digital strategy. Everything Jane does is geared towards helping companies grow their business and generate new opportunities. Having provided strategic solutions for many businesses over a long and accomplished career, Jane’s passion is watching and encouraging entrepreneurial success. Jane holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, this coupled with her extensive marketing experience and business acumen, enables Jane to provide our clients a unique understanding of how to integrate new technologies into their marketing strategy and use the digital platforms to grow their businesses. Jane is also on a number of boards and the founder of online business – Only Natural & Organics.

As the former Managing Director of Marketing Angels, a national marketing consultancy she founded with her partner Michelle Gamble, in 2001, she has proven her ability to build and nurture a business from scratch. Jane was also Managing Director of Emery Vincent Design Melbourne in 2000, working along side preeminent graphic designer and brand guru – Gary Emery. Jane develop smart integrated strategies that are linked with effective tactical plans that integrate business development activities, are simple, understandable and hence, fully implemented across all mediums. Jane has worked with clients across all industries and specialises in large growing businesses, often operating as their CMO.

Hilary Knight director

HILARY KNIGHTS

Director of Outsource to Us, Hilary is a passionate and highly experienced senior marketing professional with strong commercial acumen, strategic experience and expertise at a senior executive and board level. She has over 17 years’ experience as a Strategic Marketing Consultant working with leading corporate entities and SMEs to transform and grow their business capabilities through comprehensive marketing strategies. Prior to consulting Hilary held numerous senior local and international marketing roles in sectors such as professional services, education and training as well as membership based associations and managed the development and implementation of marketing strategies in both Australia and overseas.

Hilary holds post graduate qualifications in Marketing Management as well as a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and completed her Masters of Business Administration (Executive Program) MBA (E) in 2014. Hilary is also a registered consultant with the Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation’s (DEEDI) Jobs Assist Program, a mentor for the Department’s Mentoring for Growth Program and is a Board member on a number of private, public and Government boards in the education and medical sectors.

Senior Marketing Manager

Lou Browne, one of Outsource to Us’ Marketing Managers has a long career history in multi-platform marketing B2C and B2B product and brand development having worked in industries as varied as wine and spirits, beauty and scuba diving. As well as a passion for social media, website design, events, marketing planning and strategy, she prides herself on her skills in relationship building. Her broad industry experience has given her an expert understanding in business and marketing integration.

Lou is currently the Marketing Manager for Basketball Queensland, managing all aspects of their social media strategy, website and app development, promotions and events marketing. As well as working with several existing Outsource to Us clients, Lou works with new business clients, undertaking brand audits and leading marketing strategy workshops to identify their specific marketing needs. She enjoys in-depth research and analysis, enabling her to develop, plan and fully implement marketing strategies tailored precisely to her clients’ requirements.

ALISON PARKS

Senior Graphic Designer

Alison Parks is the Senior Graphic Designer for Outsource to Us. She is our expert on all aspects of design from corporate branding, food styling and photography, brochure design and annual reports to name a few. She understands our clients target audience and business goals, and applies out of the box thinking through the design process. With a Fine Arts background, she began working in the graphic design industry in 1995 as a production coordinator with Guglielmino Design Company. Since then she has applied her skills as a consultant, a freelance designer and co-owner of the renowned furniture design company, Blok Furniture.

Alison is a great communicator, driven to deliver the best customer service possible. She is passionate about great design and has an eagle-eye for detail throughout the entire process of design, production and delivery. She has been awarded both silver and bronze in the coveted Brisbane Advertising and Design Club (BADC) Awards for her brochure designs.

Clayton Nelson

Digital Marketing Manager

Clayton Nelson is a new member of the Outsource to Us team and has extensive experience in digital marketing across Google AdWords – Display and Remarketing. Clayton is passionate about digital marketing and utilising new and modern ways to communicate with large audiences to achieve the best results for clients. Clayton works closely with our Marketing Managers to execute digital strategies for our Clients.

Prior to joining the Outsource to Us team, Clayton working with childcare providers to ensure occupancy rates were met. Clayton plans, implements and optimises the AdWords accounts for all our clients.

Specialising in digital marketing, AdWords campaign development and optimisation, Analytics data analysis and digital strategy execution.

Matt Cooper is the digital specialist at Outsource To Us. With over 20 years experience in project management, IT and digital marketing Matt is an expert in all aspects of digital strategy and executions. He has incredible energy and enthusiasm for all things digital and is in touch with all the most recent marketing trends and cutting edge technologies.

Matt has worked in a broad range of industries and environments ranging from large government departments to regional tourism boards, from small business single person operations to nationwide franchises. This breath of knowledge is an asset to our clients, delivering digital solutions to fit their specific requirements and budget.  From out of the box apps and themes to bespoke IT infrastructure, together with the outsource team Matt can deliver creative solutions within tight budgets and time frames to exceed the expectations of all levels of business.

After qualifying with a Bachelor of Graphic Design (Hons) from Griffith University Ben joined the Outsource to Us team. He specialises in communication design which encapsulates a wide variety of mediums such as corporate branding, websites digital media and print design. Ben’s youth and passion works as a conduit resulting in modern design, new age thinking and creative outcomes.

Ben prides himself on finding solutions for clients, through observation and listening, to deliver an outcome that is not only successful, but looks great too.

Natasha Zoller marketing coordinator

NATASHA ZOLLER

Marketing Manager

Natasha Zoller became a part-time Marketing Coordinator with Outsource to Us whilst still in her second year of her Marketing and Advertising degree at QUT which is testament to her passion and natural skill for everything marketing!  Natasha is detail oriented, diligent and exceptionally efficient, and works with the senior team on two of Outsource to Us’ clients.  From content writing, website management including integration into mobile apps and social media management Natasha has become highly skilled and delivers true value to clients.

Prior to joining Outsource to Us’ team Natasha worked at Possums, a not for profit organisation where she managed social media and event planning. She has also managed people in a retail environment where she honed her customer service and interpersonal communication skills all of which equip her to read and exceed client’s expectations.

Specialising in social media planning and implementation, digital marketing, blog and newsletter writing, event management, WordPress website and app content management.

Veronica Costas became a copywriter at Outsource to Us after completing her Double Degree in Marketing and Media and Communication at QUT.

Coming from a multicultural background, she has lived in Brazil, Spain, and Singapore, and has now been in Australia for five years. Regardless of language and geographic location, her passion for reading and writing has remained constant, and she manages to write expertly about a wide range of subjects.

Veronica works with the senior team at Outsource to Us to execute content marketing strategies for many of our clients.

Ray Ang junior SEO analyst

RAY ANG

Digital Coordinator

Ray Ang became a Digital Coordinator whilst still in her third year of her Information Technology degree at QUT. Ray’s past experience as a SEO intern and passion for technology had shaped her into a digital marketing enthusiast. From website audits, website development, landing page crafting and keyword research, Ray has become highly skilled in ensuring clients’ websites are SEO healthy at all times.

Previously, Ray has worked as a SEO intern at Search Code, a small medium enterprise where she successfully boosted clients’ web traffics and domain authorities which exceeded clients’ goals and expectations. Additionally, Ray once worked as a part-time graphic designer which enhanced her creativity and problem solving skills whilst designing education brochures for a UK partnered institute.

Ray is specialized in core SEO tasks on websites, namely on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content marketing, PPC and SEO strategies execution.
