Outsource to Us has provided a full marketing service to Advivo from refreshing the Advivo brand to create brand equity, strengthening their social media and digital presence and coaching their in-house Marketing Manager to implement marketing tactics and develop strategic thinking.

Strategy

We firstly conducted a small research project on their current clients, online research on competitors and staff interviews. From the market research, we were able to develop creative concepts and branding elements around Advivo’s new positioning statement of Taking your Business to The Next Level. The final stage was promoting the new brand internally through motivational posters and externally on social media, website and collateral.

We have also coached the Marketing Manager in social media and newsletter management to increase engagement and traffic to Advivo’s website. Updating of all staff profiles on LinkedIn was also implemented to strengthen Advivo’s digital presence internally and externally.

Results

The new brand has been well received by all, and has assisted in exposing Advivo to a larger audience, building new strategic alliances with organisations such as EPIC Assist, Many Rivers and others.   A Capability Statement was also developed to professionally represent Advivo, their core values, points of difference and their many services. We are also working with Advivo on developing their new website which will be live very shortly.

Although we still provide a fully outsourced marketing service, Advivo’s Marketing Manager has developed the skills to successfully and efficiently manage the business’ social media and newsletter in-house within a short period.

Looking into the future, we will continue to help grow Advivo’s brand and market share through the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy and tactical operational calendar.
