Tile Wizards is a tile, carpet and timber store with nine locations across Queensland and South Australia. Outsource to Us was engaged to carry out an Integrated Marketing Campaign including, SEO, SEM, advertising (radio and television), direct mail, street activations by 97.3FM and social media management and advertising. This project started from June 2013 and is ongoing with management of digital marketing, social media and content writing. We have achieved a great result using content marketing especially based on specific products and user guides, and digital advertising including display ads, PPC and remarketing.
The ongoing strategy for Tile Wizards is very digital driven and includes on page and off page SEO, display and Adwords advertising, online offers with click through to vouchers for customers to bring in store, and content marketing. The strategy also includes a shift in focus from “Tile Wizards” to Carpet, Timber, Tiles, which reflects the full offerings across the nine stores.
The campaign is ongoing but results for content marketing and SEO have been very positive with keyword searches directing to articles and enabling Tile Wizards to be seen as a thought leader in the industry. PPC, display and Adwords have shown positive results with vouchers for monthly deals being downloaded and with foot traffic into the stores increasing by 200%.
