ZaheZone is a Brisbane-based technology consulting company that provides services for many facets of IT, including IT consulting, email archiving solutions, web hosting, domain name registration, website hosting among many others. From small businesses to large organisations, Scott Holzberger (Chief Technology Officer of ZaheZone), ensures that technology works for their clients in all aspects of their business.
Scott Holzberger had worked with Outsource2Us previously for website development and branding for another company. So, when Scott needed assistance updating the ZaheZone brand, he approached Outsource2Us once again.
Outsource2Us re-designed the branding and then developed the website for the launch of the business. ZaheZone’s website was to be an online business store front as well as a portal for clients to purchase services.
After extensive testing and receiving positive feedback from Scott, ZaheZone then added branded collateral to the project. Outsource2Us took the branding and created business cards and branded shirts for the company, utilising the same sleek design.
Outsource2Us worked with ZaheZone to develop the brand for the business. Our resident Graphic Designer worked with some existing logo ideas and with a small budget reworked the logo and fleshed out the brand identity.
Extensive research was completed, looking at competitors and industry design trends before creating two different designs. The first concept fell into a more market-standard approach with a clean, comprehensive design while the second looked to stand out and do something different, featuring a distinctive graphic.
Once the direction was chosen by ZaheZone, our team went back and forth with Scott to work out the design features and aspects. This initial branding task set the platform for the rest of Outsource2Us’ work, with the colour scheme, font, and logo style guiding the website design process.
Outsource2Us started the website build by creating a development site and installing WordPress. Using consistent branding and a clean, sleek design, the website was built inside of WordPress to be as easy to navigate as possible, whilst still be being customisable and easy to expand. The website features six pages with clear internal links, calls to action, and well structured information architecture. Then WHMCS (a client management, billing and support solution) was installed to automate basic web functions and create purchase orders for ZaheZone web services.
After the initial brand development and website build was completed and signed off, ZaheZone returned to Outsource2Us for branded collateral featuring the branding completed by our Graphic Designer.
ZaheZone commissioned a set of business cards and branded clothing to reflect the design choices made throughout the website. The process was straightforward and our designer set about establishing a strong brand identity across different mediums.
Scott was extremely pleased with the overall results. The re-branding was a complete success, and the website continues to function smoothly. ZaheZone continues to work with Outsource2Us to have the website managed and updated monthly.
The project was completed in one of our most efficient manners to date. Within three weeks of contact, branding was created and implemented, the website was set up, and testing was completed.
