Impulse Entertainment is the leading distributor of Music, DVD, Die Cast Toys, Plush and Global Kulture products to main-stream music suppliers, convenience outlets and roadhouses across Australia.

We were referred to Impulse Entertainment via BDO to consult to the group’s management team on all facets of their marketing strategy as a result of our renowned business acumen and marketing excellence.

Our work for them included conducting in-depth research, developing a re-branding strategy in partnership with a fully integrated marketing plan and implementing a new website, product catalogue and communication structure within the business.

Our role was to coach the inhouse the relatively new to the role, marketing manager, on strategy and marketing management, so that she could participate in the BDO strategy planning with confidence and contribute to the business strategy overall.

The results were an increase in their local market share, cultivation of their international relationships and plans for expansion into New Zealand.

Our professional services and coaching allowed the newly appointed Marketing Manager to take over and continue the marketing strategy and implementation post our 6 months long appointment.
