What impressed us most was how well Childcare Concepts knew the childcare sector, the specific channels to tap into and how well they worked with our educators and admin staff. When the marketing team agreed to help us reach 90% occupancy in 6 months, they only asked that our staff back them up in following up all the leads they generated.
For Oktoberfest Brisbane in 2013, we needed a overarching fully-integrated marketing/PR/media strategy – something where all the elements really pulled together. Being such a large festival – with a wide range of different aspects and elements – this was a monumental task! Jane coordinated and managed this extremely well, despite having had no previous exposure to our festival.
