Create awareness of the company and products, increasing interest from potential stockists and increasing sales to increase revenue, solely through PR.

Strategy:

Intensive campaign focusing on securing media coverage in magazines, newspapers, online and television through a mixture of PR initiatives. To regularly contact and build relationships with editors and journalists to achieve product placement coverage, client success stories, lifestyle feature stories and business features in both trade and consumer media.

Outcome:

The first 12 months of the campaign saw over 40 pieces of media coverage in key media. The outcome was the business growing by 2000%. The stockists outlets increased from 900 to over 3000 Australia wide. Due to the demand stemming from television coverage on Today/Tonight, Caroline’s Skincare broke PayPal’s record for the largest number of transactions (ordering my products) in the shortest period of time in PayPal’s history. Plus had the highest volume of sales and biggest demand for a product on record for most of the pharmacies/health stores around Australia. The PR campaign exceeded all expectations. It enabled the company to grow at a rapid rate, increase sales, stockists and revenue.
