Cleanworks is a leading commercial cleaning company with a broad presence across Brisbane, Toowoomba, Newcastle, and Adelaide. Known for their comprehensive cleaning solutions and commitment to quality, Cleanworks has built a strong reputation in the commercial cleaning sector. 

Overview

Cleanworks approached Outsource2Us with the objective of redesigning their website to better convert high traffic into valuable business inquiries. The previous version of the Cleanworks website had not been completely updated or overhauled for several years, meaning that a general refresh of the design was necessary as well. 

While the site was receiving a significant amount of traffic, it was falling short in terms of lead generation. Key issues included insufficiently compelling calls to action and a less effective overall user experience, which were not encouraging potential clients to reach out for quotes.  

Cleanworks needed a modern, user-friendly website that would streamline the lead generation process and enhance the overall user experience. 

Strategy

Our strategy for Cleanworks involved a comprehensive redesign and development of their website with a focus on improving lead conversion. We aimed to create a site that not only attracted visitors but also encouraged them to engage with the business. 

 

  1. 1. Website Design and Development: We designed a new website layout that was visually appealing and aligned with Cleanworks’ brand identity. The design emphasised a clean, professional look that reflected the company’s high standards in cleaning services.
     

  1. 2. Effective Calls to Action: We strategically placed compelling calls to action throughout the site. These CTAs were designed to guide visitors towards requesting a quote, thereby increasing the likelihood of lead conversion. The calls to action were clear, prominent, and aligned with the site’s overall messaging.

User Experience Enhancements: We focused on creating an intuitive navigation experience, ensuring that visitors could easily find information about Clearworks’ services, locations, and contact details. The website was optimised for both desktop and mobile devices to cater to a wide audience. 

Our Process

Our process began with a thorough analysis of Cleanworks’s existing website to identify key areas for improvement. We delved into the site’s Google Analytics and gathered feedback to understand visitor behaviour. Based on these insights, we developed a design brief and a detailed project plan.

We proceeded with the design phase, creating a visually engaging mock-up of the site to visualise the new layout and functionality. Once approved, we moved on to development, where we implemented the new design and incorporated effective calls to action. Throughout the development phase, we conducted rigorous testing to ensure that the website performed optimally across all devices and browsers.

After the successful launch of the website, we monitored the website’s performance and made adjustments as needed to further enhance lead conversion.

Results

The redesigned website for Cleanworks led to improvements in overall user engagement on the site, leading to a 90% increase in new users per month. The strategically placed calls to action effectively guided visitors towards taking action, which contributed to an increase in lead conversion rates. 

The new website not only aligned with Cleanworks’s brand but also supported their growth objectives by improving online lead generation capabilities.
