Jeta Gardens is a retirement village that boasts 34-acres of lush landscapes in Bethania, Queensland. Focused on offering a multicultural and vibrant community, they emphasise family values and inclusivity, creating a home-like atmosphere for retirees.

Co-located with Bethania Parkland Care Community, operated by Opal HealthCare, Jeta Gardens offers a continuum of care to their residents. Rich in history, Jeta Gardens has a diverse ‘one-family’ community, embracing their vision of multiculturalism to unite all Australians.

Overview

Under new management, Jeta Gardens was in the process of a major rebrand when they approached Outsource2Us. Looking for a cohesive update to their brand identity across their existing digital platforms, Jeta Gardens aimed to reestablish their updated brand within the retirement industry while paying homage to their history.

Our Process

Branding

In a strategic workshop, Outsource2Us worked with Jeta Gardens to distil their core values—community, multiculturalism, and vibrant retirement living—into a modernised brand identity across all their digital platforms.

Our Graphic Designer redesigned the website with fresh content and visuals, aligning it with Jeta Gardens’ updated brand identity. The new structure highlights their focus on retirement living, while also enhancing the user experience.

Using the new branding, our content writers put together new content for the website to reflect their new messaging. Previously having a focus on both aged-care and retirement living, the new messaging was designed to reflect solely retirement living.

Website Build

Our web development team redesigned a cohesive website that reflected their updated brand. The website features contact forms, internal links, buttons, and embedded content to keep all information condensed and practical.

Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager were also added to analyse user behaviour on the website. These tools allow Outsource2Us to monitor the website traffic to create informed decisions on the future marketing efforts.

Social Media

Our Marketing Managers developed a robust marketing strategy to reflect their new branding. We crafted a tailored social media strategy, shifting the focus from aged care to retirement living. The aim of this approach was to increased engagement among their target audience—retirees seeking a vibrant community.

Content Creation

Along with the updated branding, Outsource2Us organised a photoshoot to create new and engaging content for Jeta Gardens. This content was used across their social media pages and website. We also ensured there was a backlog of content for any future marketing efforts with the client.

Results

Working collaboratively with Jeta Gardens, Outsource2Us was able to successfully roll out their new banding across all digital channels, positioning Jeta Gardens as a vibrant option for retirees looking for a retirement community in Queensland.
