Outsource2Us was first approached by Advivo more than 3 years ago to provide outsourced marketing support to the practice manager.
Our process began with an extensive strategic marketing plan for Advivo. It was followed by ongoing support to increase new clients and overall business growth. Our process covers ten primary elements:
An on-site Marketing Manager worked one day per week, fostering a close working relationship with Advivo. This facilitated instant feedback, strategic brainstorms, and a deep understanding of their needs and KPIs, leading to tailored marketing support.
We conducted in-depth market research to develop creative branding concepts aligned with Advivo’s new positioning statement. We then promoted the new brand both internally through motivational posters and externally on social media, the website, and collateral. Our Marketing Director actively participated in monthly Board Meetings.
We handled the complete event organisation and marketing for Advivo’s quarterly seminars. Our services included providing event presentation collateral, graphic design for banners and social media reminders, as well as content collection through surveys, photography, and videography for promotional advertising on social media.
Outsource2Us devised a comprehensive social media management strategy for Advivo, consistently posting relevant content on LinkedIn and Facebook. Additionally, our approach involved social media advertising to reach a broader audience and build strategic alliances. We created targeted audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviours, and geographical location.
Outsource2Us created content in three main categories for Advivo: content writing, email marketing, and photography/videography. In content writing, we produced four monthly blogs optimised for SEO. For email marketing, we crafted tailored monthly newsletters with updates and invitations for seminars. In photography and videography, we captured images and videos from seminars to support social media content, offering candid shots and attendee photos, along with releasing videos showcasing seminar highlights and testimonials.
We prioritise the use of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to enhance online visibility and increase the chances of reaching new customers and creating business opportunities for Advivo. By incorporating a carefully curated list of keywords into all written content, including monthly blogs, we ensure that potential clients can easily find Advivo and improve their ranking in search engine results.
For the past 3 years, we managed and revised Advivo’s website, including uploading four monthly blogs, updating imagery, banners, as well as content to keep the site from being outdated.
Outsource2Us has consistently delivered in-depth, customised End-of-Month reporting to Advivo, encompassing key marketing areas such as website traffic, search engine traffic, social media presence, and email marketing effectiveness.
We coached Advivo’s Practice Manager in social media and newsletter management. This training has given Advivo’s Practice Manager the confidence to successfully and efficiently manage the business’ social media and newsletter in-house.
Over the past 3 years, Outsource2Us has completed numerous graphic design projects for Advivo. These projects included business cards, capability statements, pull-up banners, website icons, logos, Eventbrite graphics, social media tiles, corporate profiles, and other documents. We ensured not only consistent branding but also timely completion to meet time constraints.
